His auto biography
    Ven.Prakru Udom was born on July 15, 1956 in the year of monkey in Sankampaeng district, Chiang Mai.   His father is Mr.Ploy and his mother is Mrs.Wandee.  He has 4 brothers and 3 sisters.  He finished Sankampaeng elementary school.  After that, Pramaha Somsong, his relative, had took him to ordain as a novice at Wat Makut Kasatriyaram, Bangkok on May 1, 1971(B.E.2514).  His ordination was conducted by Somdej Pra Ariyavong Sagatayan, the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand.  And he got another ordination as monk on June 20, 1976(B.E.2519) which conducted by Somdej Pra Buddha Chinavong (Prajuab  Kantajara Mahathero). Pramaha Gananusit (Sa-nguan  Palako) was his right preceptor while Pra Pariyatimedhi (Suwan  Kanjano) was his left preceptor.

Ven. Udom, he is a very kind monk.  He is so diligent, patient, humble, mindful and stable.  I as the author, have known him for a long time.  I may say that his behavior is suitable for his family name which means "Peace".  All his qualifications were produced from the previous lives.  Otherwise, it wouldn't happen to him in this life.  As I knew him for 30 years, I've never seen him angry, blaming other people, criticizing people.  He ignores it.  He doesn't care for reputation, money.  He cares for needy people, helping them as much as he can.  This is his own qualification.

He is receiving a present from Somdej Pra Nyana Varodom.
